Uses: In Nigeria, the fruits of prekese are used in traditional medicine for the treatment of ulcers, to inhibit the growth of bacteria, as an anti-microbial, and infertility in women

– Wash the Prekese with the sobolo leaves or lemongrass.          – Soak the Prekese and the sobolo leaves or lemongrass into a saucepan with enough water.                                                       – Crush Clove, hwintia and cut lime or lemon and add to the already soaked ingredients.                                                          – Put on fire and cook for about 1hr.

– Remove from fire.
