This Local Turning Stick is used in the kitchen to stir jollof rice, fried rice, and coconut rice. It is also used to stir garri, semovita, flour, wheat, amala, or in the stir-fries. Unlike using spoons to stir-fry, this Local Turning Stick does not make your fries curdy, mashy, or messy.
