Peeled Bean (Chana Dal) is a staple in Indian cuisine. Peeled & split Olu Olu’s beans has its outer skin removed, and have a creamy pale yellow color.Prepared with Ghee, spices, and vegetables of the season and pur or rice served. Also, ground to make Falafel balls and roasted to make snacks.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place and keep it away from children



Side effects:

Instructions: Peeled Bean (Chana Dal) to soak overnight. Under running water wash. 1 Cup of Chana Dal with 3 cups of water in about 15 minutes, until firm to the bite, or in about 45 minutes for the Dal to cook. Without Soaking, the cooking time is extended by approximately 10 minutes.
