Ingredient: Long-Grain Rice
Cooking Method: Thoroughly rince 1 cup of Lal Qilla Basmati Rice and soak for 40-45 minutes in lukewarm water. Add the soaked rice and salt to 2.5-3 cups of boiling water. Cook on medium heat until the rice absorbs the water. Cover with tight lid and remove the pan from fire. Stand for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot wtih curries or sauces. In future cooking, use more water if rice was too hard in the first cooking and use less water if it was too soft.
